We all love mentioning serious-minded shows like Mad Men as series we watch, but it's not only about substantial TV viewing. What about those dirty little secrets lurking on our DVRs? Guilty pleasure TV shows are sometimes more entertaining than those you're proud to say you enjoy, and 2009 was a great year for them. What was your favorite?

Yeah, I was going to say, Gossip Girl isn't really considered a guilty pleasure to me, but it's my favorite of these, so I picked it. Real Housewives is my real guilty pleasure.

So many choices! I watch half of these, and don't really feel guilty...except for the Housewives. Definitely a "guilty" pleasure.

And as for Jersey shore, it's human nature to look at a train wreck.

Melrose Place. it's a very very weird show, but i still watch it O_O
I watch a few shows up there, but I wouldn't call them "guilty pleasures" (ie Gossip Girl is one of my fave shows on TV without the guilt). Soooo I voted Jersey Shore because I'm a little embarrassed to say that I can't look away haha
GG was a guilty pleasure for me in its first season, until I realized that all my friends watched it too!
The only one I watch is GG, but I'm definitely not guilty for it..
